Fast Weight Loss Diet

Have you ever heard of any of these diets? Low-carb diet, low calorie diet, Atkins, South Beach, vegetarian diet, food combining, high protein diet. You can lose weight with all these diets. For most people though, the results never last and some gain even more weight than when they started.

Why don’t they work?

The problem is that you’re either hungry, miserable, tired or always hungry during these dieting time periods. Not many people have the super human will power and drive to make dieting this way a success.

The weight you will lose quite easily is mostly water, structural fat and muscle. The weight you’ll never lose with these is the real problem weight that is stored in problem areas.

What happens during these diets is they will actually lower you metabolism and increase your appetite which can only result in more weight gain. Here’s a myth; “to lose weight you must eat less and exercise more”.

Here’s the truth…

It’s not how much food, or the type of food you’re eating that is causing your slow metabolism and weight gain, it’s the food additives, chemicals, and food processing techniques used to manufacture the food.

Obesity is cause by these modern substances that are used to get the food from the fields and farms to the store shelves. beef is injected with growth hormones and antibiotics. So is poultry. The bi-products from these animals then is tainted as well; eggs, milk, cheese etc.

Virtually everything in a can and bottle has been put through the process of pasteurization, homogenization and irradiation. All these processing causes weigh gain.

Things you may regard as healthy such as fruits and vegetables. Wrong. Unless you are eating organically grown, you are ingesting herbicides and pesticides, growth hormones are used in this industry as well… the faster they get them out, the faster the money comes in.

I know the common complain; organics are more expensive than the regular foods. It’s true, they are. As they become more popular they will go down in price because of sales volume. Think of it this way though; you’ll spend a few extra bucks for organics but they will make you healthier and so you’ll not get sick as often, saving you money on medication!

How to stop the madness

It’s truly frustrating and difficult at first. Eliminating as many processed foods from your diet will be the smart thing to do if you ever want to increase your metabolism and start to really lose weight, otherwise you will be fat for the rest of your life.
